What contributes towards child sexual abuse?
Divorce rate? new person(s) coming in through the house seeing young children?
Media? Partially nude models?
Internet? Chat rooms? Social sites? 3D Child pornagraphy?
I think the biggest contributing factor towards child sexual abuse is that the perpetrator was often abused him/herself. Most children are abused by a family member. Child porn doesn’t help at all, nor does any other kind of porn.
But the best way to lower the rate of child sexual abuse would be to put all abused children through therapy until they have dealt with their past – that would break the cycle of abuse.
